  2. 2Open the file from the Download complete notification (or from the Downloads folder).
  3. 3If Android says you can't install apps from this source: tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source and go back.
  4. 4Tap Install. If a Play Protect warning appears, tap More details → Install anyway: the app isn't on the Play Store because Google doesn't accept adult apps.
  5. 5Open CallMeHot, sign in with your account and allow notifications.

Updates come by themselves: the app lets you know when a new version is out.
