How to request a custom video

Many creators offer custom video services: you'll find them on their profile, with the price in tokens and, often, a description of what's included. Before buying, it's worth messaging her in chat, which is free: tell her your idea, sort out length, outfit and setting, and she'll tell you whether she can make it. If your request is unusual, she can build you a custom service that's just for you.

When you buy, describe exactly what you'd like in the order note: the clearer you are, the closer the video will be to what you imagine. The creator uploads it to the order page and you watch it right there, inside the platform.

How much a custom video costs

Each creator sets her own price. Right now custom video services cost from 80 to 1500 tokens (about €8–150). Tokens are sold in packs, from €9 for 110 tokens, with a one-off payment and no subscription.

Payment held in escrow

The tokens don't reach the creator straight away. She has 3 days to deliver: if she doesn't, you get a refund. After delivery you can confirm or open a dispute, which our staff review. If you don't respond within 30 minutes, the payment is released to the creator.

The rules to know

You can't request content involving minors or making anyone look like one, unverified third parties, real violence, illegal acts or videos created or edited with artificial intelligence.
