Compliance statement pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A.

All models, actors and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, real or simulated, published on CallMeHot were at least 18 years old at the time such depictions were created.

CallMeHot operates, where applicable, as a service provider that allows the upload of content by third-party users (creators). Under the applicable law, the primary record-keeping obligation (age and identity of participants) rests with the content producers; Circuito Up di Tommaso Ferrari requests and retains such documentation for each published content, as described on the Consent and verification page.
