Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Circuito Up di Tommaso Ferrari, operator of CallMeHot (the "Platform"), and every creator or content provider who uploads or generates content on the Platform, including real-time live streaming. By accepting the Agreement at the time of verification, the creator undertakes to comply fully with its terms.

1. Prohibited activities

Any activity that is illegal or that violates the Platform's rules (see Acceptable use) and the payment networks' standards is prohibited. In particular, content depicting minors, non-consensual content, content that documents or facilitates trafficking or exploitation, and any unlawful material are prohibited.

2. Consent of the persons depicted

For each person appearing in the content, the creator must obtain and keep written consent specifically covering:

consent to be depicted in the content;
consent to the public distribution of the content and to its upload to the Platform;
if the content is made downloadable by other users, consent to have it downloaded.

3. Age and identity verification

The creator must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted, ensuring that they are all adults (18+), and keep the supporting documentation on record (identity document and release), providing it to the Platform upon request. See Consent and verification and §2257.

4. Content review

All uploaded content is subject to pre-publication review before publication. The Platform may remove or take offline any non-compliant content and suspend or close accounts that violate the Agreement.

5. Creator representations

By accepting the Agreement, the creator declares that they are at least 18 years old, that they are the owner of or authorized to publish the content and to hold the necessary consents, and that the information provided is truthful. Acceptance takes place electronically at the time of verification, through a dedicated confirmation checkbox; it constitutes proof of adherence to the Agreement.
