Anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation policy
CallMeHot applies a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation, human trafficking, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any non-consensual content. The protection of people comes first.
1. What is absolutely prohibited
- Any material depicting or involving minors, real or simulated.
- Content that documents or facilitates trafficking, forced labor or sexual exploitation.
- Non-consensual content of any kind (recorded or shared without consent, deepfakes, hidden recordings, material obtained through coercion).
2. Prevention measures
- Identity and age verification of every creator and every person depicted (document + release), before publication.
- Content review: content may be checked before and after publication; content without valid documentation stays offline.
- Only verified creators can upload content and receive payments.
3. Reporting and immediate removal
Anyone — user or third party — can report suspicious content via the removal form or the address [email protected]. Content that violates this policy is removed as a priority and the responsible accounts suspended.
4. Cooperation with authorities
We report child sexual abuse material and other unlawful activities to the competent authorities and designated bodies (e.g. national child protection organizations), preserving evidence as required by law. We cooperate fully with investigations.
5. Rights of depicted persons
Any person appearing in a content may request its removal and withdraw consent at any time. We handle these requests with the highest priority in accordance with the Removal policy.
