Privacy policy
This Privacy Notice describes how Circuito Up di Tommaso Ferrari ("Data Controller") collects and processes the personal data of CallMeHot users, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable law.
1. Data Controller

2. Data we process
- Account data: email, username, password (encrypted), any profile data.
- Creator verification data and documents/releases (ID document, consents): special category, kept in encrypted storage with restricted access. See Consent and verification and §2257.
- Payment data: handled by the processor CCBill; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: technical logs, device, IP address, aggregated and pseudonymized statistics.
- Content and communications: videos, messages, support requests.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service and managing the account — performance of the contract.
- Processing payments and preventing fraud — contract and legitimate interest.
- Age and consent verification, record-keeping — legal obligation.
- Security, moderation and protection of people — legitimate interest / legal obligation.
- Service communications — contract; marketing — only with consent.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We share data only with: the payment processor (CCBill), technical providers (hosting, CDN, email) appointed as data processors, and the authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.
5. Non-EU transfers
Any transfers to third countries take place with adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes and in accordance with legal obligations. Records relating to adult content (participants' documents) are kept for the period required by record-keeping legislation (see §2257), even after the content is removed.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to [email protected] or use the dedicated form. Some rights may be limited by legal record-keeping obligations.
8. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption of sensitive documents, access control, minimization). Identity documents and releases can only be viewed by authorized staff.
9. Minors
The service is not aimed at minors under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. See zero tolerance for material involving minors.
10. Cookies
The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie policy.
11. Changes
We may update this Notice; significant changes will be communicated. Effective date: 9 giugno 2026.
