Consent, age and verification of participants
CallMeHot adopts strict measures to ensure that every person appearing in the content is of legal age and has given their consent to the recording and publication. This page describes the process, in line with legal requirements and payment network standards.
1. Age and identity verification of creators
To publish content you must complete the creator verification (KYC): identity confirmation via official document. Only verified creators can upload content and receive payments.
2. Documents and releases of each participant
For each person appearing in a content — alone, in a couple or in a group — the following must be uploaded before publication:
- a valid ID document proving the age of at least 18;
- a signed release of consent to the recording and publication, with the description of the content and the scope of use.
The creator declares, on their own responsibility, that they have collected such consents and that the information is truthful.
3. Secure storage and restricted access
Documents are kept in encrypted storage, separate from public content, and are viewable exclusively by authorized staff (records custodian) for verification and compliance purposes. They are not accessible to other users.
4. Conditional publication and taking offline
If even a single participant does not have valid documents, the content is not published or is taken offline (not deleted) until the documentation is valid. On the expiry of a document, the creator receives a notice 60 and 30 days in advance; without renewal, the related content goes offline.
5. Withdrawal of consent
Any person depicted may withdraw consent and request the removal of the content concerning them via the dedicated form. We will act on the request in accordance with the Removal policy.
6. Records
Records relating to the age and identity of participants are kept as required by the applicable record-keeping legislation (see §2257 Statement).
