This Policy defines the content and behavior allowed on CallMeHot. It applies to all uploaded content, messages and offered services. Violation results in immediate removal, suspension or closure of the account and, in serious cases, reporting to the authorities.

1. Strictly prohibited content (zero tolerance)

Any material depicting or involving minors (CSAM), real, simulated or apparent, including the depiction of adults pretending to be minors.
Non-consensual content: recorded or published without the consent of all persons depicted, including "revenge porn", hidden recordings, non-consensual deepfakes.
Content that documents or promotes human trafficking, exploitation or coercion.
Real violence, injuries, necrophilia, bestiality, incest and any illegal act.

2. Requirements for any content with people

All persons must be adults and identified.
A valid ID document and a consent release must be provided for each participant, uploaded before publication. See Consent and verification.

3. Other prohibitions

Infringement of others' intellectual property (see DMCA).
Spam, scams, external payment schemes to bypass the Platform or the processor.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing.
Promotion of prostitution/escort services or paid offline meetings where prohibited.
Illegal drugs, weapons, criminal activities.
Scraping, reverse engineering, malware, circumvention of security or moderation measures.

4. Moderation and review

Content may be reviewed before and after publication. Content whose participants do not have valid documents is automatically put offline until the documentation is valid. We may remove any content that violates this Policy.

5. Reporting

Anyone can report content via the "Report" function or the removal form. Reports are handled as a priority.

6. AI-generated content

All content on CallMeHot depicts real, verified people: the Platform does not use AI-generated content. It is prohibited to upload, publish or distribute material generated or altered, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence systems, including synthetic images, videos or audio and deepfakes. Content that violates this rule is removed and may result in the suspension or closure of the account.
