CallMeHot respects intellectual property and responds to copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
1. Designated agent

2. Infringement notice
The notice must contain:
- the identification of the protected work you consider infringed;
- the exact URL of the contested material on CallMeHot;
- your contact details (name, address, email);
- a good faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, made on your own responsibility;
- your signature (including electronic).

3. Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material and inform the user who published it.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe the removal is mistaken, you can send a counter-notice to the designated agent with: identification of the removed material and its location, a statement made on your own responsibility that the removal is the result of a mistake or misidentification, your consent to the competent jurisdiction and your signature. We may restore the material within the legal timeframe, unless the notifier takes action.
5. Repeat infringers
We suspend or close the accounts of users who prove to be repeat copyright infringers.
